You’re totally f***ing frazzled. (But it’s going to be OK.)

Angry woman: How to develop a healthy relationship with anger

Babe, I’m going to cut right to the chase -  I’m a bit worried about you. Your answers are pointing to symptoms which would suggest you’re on the path to burnout, if you’re not already there.

And you’re not alone. I promise you, there’s nothing wrong with you and this really isn’t an uncommon situation in the world right now.

There’s help out there, but it really is time to be brave and take one tiny step towards sorting things out.

Here’s a few ideas:

  1. Speak to your GP and let them know how overwhelmed you are.
  2. Reach out to a friend and ask for help. Lots of us tend to withdraw and isolate ourselves when things get tough, but just having an honest conversation with a mate can make a massive difference. You might give them a chance to be honest about how they’re getting on, too.
  3. Reach out to a coach for help. We have a huge coaching community here at one of many - check out our Coaching Directory to find a coach near you.
  4. Join us for our upcoming online journey happening 20-25 September in a special pop-up Facebook group near you.

I’ll be sharing gentle, practical ways to renew your passion and energy no matter what life throws at you.
