Working in French and English, her passion is to inspire, reveal and mobilize the potential and uniqueness of her clients. She helps them reconnect with their talents and inner leader, so they can design and live the fulfilling professional lifestyle they deserve.
As she grew up in more than 8 different countries around the world, from French speaking Switzerland (her home country) to Australia, through to Asia and North Africa, Nathalie likes to call herself a citizen of the world. From a very young age she‘s been curious of the richness of diversity and is at ease in multicultural environments.
After studying Economics and International Management, Nathalie worked for 10 years as a Purchase and Sales Manager in large Department Stores, a challenging context though very glamourous from the outside, where she had to deal with the rules of a strongly masculine environment.
Not really prepared for that, she often found it tough to find her way through and at some point, reached the so called "glass ceiling". From that experience she decided she wanted to better understand how to develop effective communication skills, self-confidence and an impactful leadership style, and trained herself in different modalities such as Transactional Analysis, Co-Active Coaching, personal branding and talent management.
Nathalie decided to reorient her career
as a corporate trainer and coach, first as a freelancer
before the creation of her own business Unique Pathways.
For over 20 years, she has been working in the corporate world as a trainer and a certified coach, to support Managers, Executives and Solopreneurs with a professional style that sets her apart: enthusiasm, positivity, insight and a reassuring personal investment, to helps her clients thrive and succeed in their professional projects, experimenting joy and fulfilment.
