“The project for Lead the Change was me.”
When Susanna Petche joined One of many, she had no idea what that would mean. Diagnosed with complex PTSD and recovering from six months of complete burnout, she came seeking something – anything – that could help her feel like herself again.
She found not just tools, but a community that changed her life.
Back in 2019, personal development felt foreign. Self-worth was at rock bottom. Boundaries, support, and inner needs were abstract ideas. Her nervous system was fried. Her GP – while well-meaning – had no roadmap. The system had failed her. But through Lead the Change, Susanna began to slowly, courageously, rebuild.
“I didn’t even know what needs were.”
Through coaching, circle support, and body-based tools, Susanna began tuning into her emotional world – learning to feel it, trust it, and resource it. She stopped powering through. She started listening. She redefined strength.
She put systems of support around herself – therapy, energy work, movement, rest. She didn’t just “keep going.” She grew into someone who could lead with presence and capacity.
“I remember sobbing in a heap at Be Fulfilled…”
The turning point came when she realised her pain had a purpose. She wanted to do something about trauma. Not just for herself – but for the wider world. The idea felt impossible, like a blurry dream. But with support, she shaped it into something real.
Today, Susanna is a trauma educator, speaker, and Certified One of Many Coach. She runs trauma-informed trainings for coaches, wellbeing professionals, and medical leaders. She’s shared stages with world-renowned practitioners. She’s launching a podcast and preparing for her TEDx talk in October.
And she’s doing it all while staying resourced – not burning out, but building a life that supports the mission she’s here to fulfill.
