Purchases made at events

All the sales made at our events are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which states that you have a 14 day 'cooling off' period in which to change your mind from when the order is made.

In addition to the rights under this act; when you pay a deposit for our 'Lead the Change' or 'Coaching Certification' programmes, you will have a further 7 days from the date of your application call in which to be refunded that deposit.
