Much of the wellbeing advice out there focuses on WHAT you should be doing. Yes, Joanna Martin has a medical background - but this workshop won’t give you a prescription. (Other than to drink more water. Pretty sure we all need to do that.)
We believe YOU are intelligent enough to make your own choices about your health. In this unique workshop, we’ll explore WHY you’re making those changes, and HOW you can do so with ease, joy and authentic motivation.
Our relationship to our bodies has a troubling history.
And it’s given us unique challenges when it comes to making change.
We’re taught to criticise and control our bodies.
Most of us eventually realise how toxic “diet culture” is - but we’re not sure how to make change without falling back into it.
We’ve stepped up in the realm of career and excelled here, but that’s often come at the expense of our health.
Many of us spend weeks, months or years running on adrenaline & cortisol - stress hormones that allow us to achieve incredible things - but ultimately, take their toll on our physical wellbeing.
We berate ourselves for not “succeeding”.
We have big dreams for the world, and big ambitions about how to contribute. It’s maddening when your body holds you back or lets you down - but self-criticism and shame only make things worse.
What you will learn at this life-altering workshop
Carving out 3 hours from your super-busy schedule will be the hardest part. We all know you haven’t got time for this.

Meet your facilitator
Dr Joanna Martin.
FOUNDER, ONE OF MANY
Dr Jo Martin is a speaker, author and medical doctor who uniquely blends her scientific approach with ancient wisdom. She has been educating difference makers since 2003 and has presented to over 65000 people on 4 different continents.
Jo is herself a highly effective woman. Having graduated as a medical doctor with honours, she went on to attend the Actors Centre Australia, where alumni include Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman. Before long she found acting was just the opening into her true calling as a coach, author and speaker.

From successful solo-preneurship, it wasn’t long before she was travelling the world delivering transformational seminars to rooms of up to 3000 at a time… and nearly burned out. She had to find a different way of doing things. Something more sustainable. She did. Interestingly sustainable meant even more successful. Which is cool, but perhaps not surprising.
When she launched her second business, Shift Speaker Training, in 2008 she took it from a standing start to 7 figures in 12 months. One of manyTM is the culmination of a life’s work dedicated to helping women handle the day-to-day so they can pursue the life’s work they feel called to do. She’s also a diplomatic wife, a sometimes-too-tired mother, and a caring friend. She’s got a very cool head, but a very big heart.
